From the beginning, our founders, Nick and Teo, have been relentless in their commitment to craft compromise free gluten free food. Consumer testing has always been a crucial part of the journey, and even back at the White Rabbit pub, the pair tested new recipes on both gluten and non gluten free customers.
We involve you at every step of the way because our products are designed for you. It might sound simple but sometimes this fact can be overlooked. Quality is everything and without embedding our consumers in our innovation process, we won’t know if you’re happy.
