Teo’s classic chickpea and lentil ragù set between gluten-free lasagne sheets, finished with creamy bechamél sauce, and topped with crispy breadcrumbs. It is a lasagna made with love!

Chickpea and Lentil Ragu (42%) (Tomato Purée, Sunflower Oil, Chickpeas (5%), Lentils (5%), Celery, Carrot, Onion, Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Rosemary, Corn Starch), Béchamel Sauce (42%) (Milk , Margarine, (Vegetable Oils and Fats (Palm, Soy, Coconut, Sunflower), Water, Salt, Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid, Flavouring, Beta-Carotene), Rice Flour, Salt, Nutmeg), Gluten-Free Pasta (14%) (Corn Flour, Rice Flour, Water), Gluten-Free Breadcrumbs (2%) (Corn Flour, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Caramelised Sugar), Salt, Rosemary, Parsley.

Cooking Instructions

From the Chiller

1. Preheat the oven to 210°C, Fan 190°C. (Teo’s Tip – Be patient here, you need the oven up to temperature first!)

2. Remove cardboard sleeve and peel the plastic film off the tray. Place tray on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven for 15 mins

3. Check the meal is hot throughout and serve!

NOT SUITABLE FOR MICROWAVE COOKING.

From the Freezer

If freezing, do so before the use by date and consume within one month. To consume, defrost in a refrigerator for 12-24 hours and then cook using standard instructions.
