Macaroni pasta in Teo’s creamy plant-based sauce finished with a gluten free crumb – appetitoso! Perfect with a fresh side salad or, if you’re feeling decadent, one of our sumptuous garlicky focaccine.

Soy Based Sauce 55% (Soy Liquid Prepared (Hulled Soybean, Water), Carrots, Potatoes, Sunflower Oil, Rice Flour, Dry Yeast, Garlic, Turmeric, Nutmeg, Pepper), Gluten Free Pasta 38% (Corn Flour, Rice Flour, Water), Sunflower Oil, Gluten Free Breadcrumb 38% (Water, Starch, Rice Flour, Thickeners (Guar Fiber, Hypromellose), Sunflower Oil, Millet Flour, Quinoa Flour, Sugar, Dried Sourdough (Corn Flour, Rice, Fermented Quinoa), Dry Yeast, Parsley, Chives).

Cooking Instructions

From the Chiller

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, Fan 190°C, Gas Mark 6. (Teo’s Tip – Be patient here, you need the oven up to temperature first!)

2. Remove cardboard sleeve and peel the plastic film off the tray. Place tray on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven for 12 – 15 mins

3. Check the meal is hot throughout and serve!

NOT SUITABLE FOR MICROWAVE COOKING.

 

Teo's Tip:


From the Freezer

If freezing, do so before the use by date and consume within one month. To consume, defrost in a refrigerator for 12-24 hours and then cook using standard instructions.
