Gluten & Dairy Free
From the Chiller
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, Fan 190°C, Gas Mark 6. (Teo’s Tip – Be patient here, you need the oven up to temperature first!)
2. Remove cardboard sleeve and peel the plastic film off the tray. Place tray on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven for 12 – 15 mins
3. Check the meal is hot throughout and serve!
NOT SUITABLE FOR MICROWAVE COOKING.
From the Freezer
If freezing, do so before the use by date and consume within one month. To consume, defrost in a refrigerator for 12-24 hours and then cook using standard instructions.
