Ingredients
‘White Rabbit Pizza’ Gluten Free Base (buy on Ocado)

For the tomato sauce:
70g Tomato paste
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
a dash of hot water
For the Tofu:
100g firm tofu (cut in small cubes)
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
a sprinkle of salt & Black Pepper
1 tsp Nutritional Yeast
a dash of Soy Sauce
olive oil
Toppings:
Pesto
Vegan Cheese (We love MozaRisella!!)
Cherry Tomatoes
Rocket Leaves
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180-200
Prepare the Tomato sauce by mixing all the ingredients
Spread the mixture on ‘the White Rabbit’ Base
Marinate the tofu with all ingredients for 5-10 minutes
Heat a dash of olive oil in a pan and cook the tofu until it’s golden brown
Spread evenly the tofu, pesto & vegan cheese on the base
Cook for 15-18 minutes until the crust is crispy and the cheese has melted
Finally, top the pizza with the tomatoes and rocket leaves and ENJOY! 🙂
