Teo recently returned to Italy to meet the two families behind our amazing MozzaRisella vegan cheese. Created from whole rice, grown and sprouted in Italy, Teo spent the day following the entire process from being in the fields and watching the sowing of the rice all the way through to our delicious cheese being finished.
