Chocolate Pizza (Recipe)

Who said pizzas were only meant to be savoury anyway..? We’ve teamed up with Doisy & Dam to bring you this banger of a pudding pizza. Made with our delicious gluten free base and topped with melted chocolate, coconut, almonds, crunchy ballers, and D&Ds.

Ingredients:

1 x White Rabbit ‘Nudie’ pizza base

160g Doisy & Dam dark chocolate bars

40g D&Ds

40g Ballers

A sprinkle of desiccated coconut

A handful of chopped, flaked or whole almonds

Method:

1. Preheat your oven to 180-200 degrees

2. Bake your White Rabbit ‘Nudie’ Pizza Base for approx 12 mins

3. Meanwhile, break up the bars of Doisy and place them in a heat-proof glass bowl. Pop over a saucepan of simmering water (make sure the water doesn’t touch the base of the bowl).

4. Spread the melted chocolate over the pizza base and top with Ballers, D&Ds, desiccated coconut, and almonds.

5. Pop back in the oven for a minute to warm through and enjoy!
