The Macaroni Gratin is Teo’s take on the all-time family favourite in a creamy vegan cheese sauce, finished with a golden gluten free crumb.

And no Italian menu would be complete without a Bolognese! The Tagliatelle Bolognese is made with a sensational lentil and chickpea combo – perfect with an extra sprinkling of vegan parmesan and fresh basil!
