We’ve only gone and cracked it you know. Suitable for Vegans, Vegetarians and Coeliacs, our handmade Vegan Gluten Free Pizza is the holy grail of free-from pizza; super tasty and yet it’s free-from gluten, meat and dairy – pretty good right!
We only use the finest vegan cheese, vegan pesto and sun-dried tomatoes. And of course our secret recipe for the gluten free base is beautifully thin and crispy – none of your soggy cardboard tasting gluten free bases here. You’ve got our Italian maestro Head Chef (Teo) to thank for the deliciousness that is this White Rabbit Viva La Vegan!

Flour Blend (rice, maize, buckwheat, potato starch, corn starch, vegetable fibre: inulin, powder sugar, thickener: guar gum), Water, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt, Yeast. Tomato Sauce (tomato pulp, tomato paste, sunflower seed oil, salt, cornstarch, garlic, sugar, black pepper), Vegan MozzaRisella (Vegan cheese (16%), Bio SuRice 46% (water, germinated whole rice (20.8%), salt, apple vinegar) water, cold pressed coconut oil, sunflower oil with infusion of oregano, lemon juice, agar agar, gum arabic, xanthan gum, carob flour), Water, Sun Dried Tomatoes (8.8%), Vegan Pesto Genovese (basil, sunflower seed oil, water, pine kernels, garlic, salt, vegetable fibre, natural basil flavouring, lactic acid) (3.5%).

From Chilled Remove all the packaging including the disc. For best results, place the pizza on a baking tray and add a drizzle of olive oil on top. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 7 for 15-20 minutes or until the mozzarella has melted. Add a handful of rocket after cooking and serve.
From Frozen Remove from the freezer 20 minutes prior to cooking and follow the same ‘from chilled’ instructions above. Do not microwave.
Once cooked, do not reheat.

We’ve minimised packaging waste by using 100% recyclable cardboard sleeve instead of a traditional pizza box. PVC-free base can be recycled at specialist recycling centres.
