We only use the finest organic ingredients to create the base and of course it’s our top secret recipe that makes it gluten free but still beautifully thin and crispy – none of your soggy cardboard tasting gluten free bases here. Ingredients

Flour Blend (rice, potato, maize, buckwheat), Water*, Olive Oil, Psyllium Husk, Salt*, Guar Gum

Cooking Instructions

From Chilled Remove all the packaging including the disc. Add your own choice of tomato sauce and toppings to create your pizza. For best results, place the pizza on a baking tray and add a drizzle of olive oil on top. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 7 for 10-15 minutes.

From Frozen Remove from the freezer 20 minutes prior to cooking and follow the same ‘from chilled’ instructions above. Do not microwave.

Once cooked, do not reheat.

Packaging Recycling

We’ve minimised packaging waste by using 100% recyclable cardboard sleeve instead of a traditional pizza box. PVC-free base can be recycled at specialist recycling centres.
