Suitable for Coeliacs, our handmade Gluten Free Pizza Bases, The Nudies, are perfect for getting creative and adding your own toppings.

We only use the finest ingredients to create the base and of course it’s our top secret recipe that makes it gluten free but still beautifully thin and crispy – none of your soggy cardboard tasting gluten free bases here. You’ve got our Italian maestro Head Chef (Teo) to thank for the deliciousness that are these, the White Rabbit Nudies!

Flour Blend (rice, maize, buckwheat, potato starch, corn starch, vegetable fibre: inulin, power sugar, thickener: guar gum), Water, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt, Yeast.

Cooking Instructions

From Chilled Remove all the packaging including the disc. Add your own choice of sauce and toppings to create your pizza. For best results, place the pizza on a baking tray and add a drizzle of olive oil on top. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 7 for 10-15 minutes.

From Frozen Remove from the freezer 20 minutes prior to cooking and follow the same ‘from chilled’ instructions above. Do not microwave.

Once cooked, do not reheat.

Storage Information

Keep refrigerated or frozen. For use by date see below. If frozen, product will keep for up to 3 months.

Packaging Recycling

We’ve minimised packaging waste by using 100% recyclable cardboard sleeve instead of a traditional pizza box. PVC-free base can be recycled at specialist recycling centres.
