We only use the finest mozzarella cheese, bocconcini, tomatoes and our secret recipe for the gluten free base – none of your soggy cardboard tasting gluten free bases here. You’ve got our Italian maestro Head Chef (Teo) to thank for the deliciousness that is this White Rabbit Mozzarella Fella!

Flour Blend (rice, maize, buckwheat, potato starch), Tomato Sauce (tomatoes, garlic, black pepper, oregano), Mozzarella Cheese (20.8%) (Milk), Water, Bocconcini (6.9%) (Milk, salt, citric acid, microbial rennet), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Capuliato (2.8%) (dried tomatoes, sunflower oil, white wine vinegar), Psyllium Husk, Sugar, Salt, Yeast, Guar Gum, Xantham Gum.

From Chilled Remove all the packaging including the disc. For best results, place the pizza on a baking tray and add a drizzle of olive oil on top. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 7 for 10-15 minutes or until the mozzarella has melted.
From Frozen Remove from the freezer 20 minutes prior to cooking and follow the same ‘from chilled’ instructions above. Do not microwave.
Once cooked, do not reheat.

Keep refrigerated or frozen. For use by date see below. If frozen, product will keep for up to 3 months.
We’ve minimised packaging waste by using 100% recyclable cardboard sleeve instead of a traditional pizza box. PVC-free base can be recycled at specialist recycling centres.
